Tech Rocks enhances the experience of its attendees with inwink

Tech Rocks, a community for tech leaders, needed a way to continue hosting its annual summit during the global health crisis and wanted to preserve a strong event experience. The company had already been using inwink since 2018 to run its conference operations, including event website creation, ticketing, registrations, mobile app publishing, badges, communications, and onsite check-in.

inwink enabled Tech Rocks to deliver its first 100% digital event successfully, while still managing a complex program of 30 conferences, workshops, and customer testimonials for about 600 attendees and 20 partners. With inwink, Tech Rocks also gained real-time attendance dashboards, partner lead management, and streamlined onsite and online event operations, helping enhance the attendee experience and provide better visibility into event activity.
