The solution implemented by Invotra gave councillors a customizable homepage, access to collaborative groups, and targeted content like news and policies. This provided the secure access the council required and enabled councillors to communicate effectively across the organization. As a result, Stevenage Borough Council removed communication barriers, ensured councillors had the right information at the right time, and successfully included all staff, including mobile workers, on a centralized intranet system.
