Transamerica launches retirement planning app with Invonto, reaching 500,000+ downloads

Transamerica Corporation, a major financial services company, wanted to modernize its product offerings and improve customer retention for its Retirement Solutions division. Their challenge was to provide a mobile app for customers to effectively manage their 401(k), 403(b), or 457 retirement plans on iOS and Android devices. They partnered with the vendor Invonto for digital product development.

Invonto collaborated with Transamerica to design and develop the "My TRSRetire" mobile app. The solution included an account overview, investment management, balance transfers, and forecasting, all integrated with Transamerica's web systems via an API. Following the launch, the app was downloaded over 500,000 times, achieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating, and contributed to a 7% increase in new customers for Invonto's client.
