Ödeal onboarded 68,000 businesses to AppSec with Invicti

Ödeal, a growing fintech startup in Türkiye, faced the challenge of building an application security program from scratch. Security was not integrated into their development lifecycle, and quarterly penetration tests were disruptive. Without a dedicated security team, they lacked visibility into vulnerabilities and needed a way to seamlessly incorporate security testing into their CI/CD pipelines. They turned to Invicti and its Invicti ASPM product for a solution.

Invicti's solution involved integrating Invicti ASPM with Ödeal's existing ALM tool to automatically onboard applications and configure security tests. By leveraging label-based automation and CLI tools for PR decoration, Invicti enabled security testing within the development workflow itself. As a result, Ödeal achieved a technical DevSecOps transition without a large investment or a security team. Development teams gained self-serve security testing and increased risk awareness, focusing remediation on the most critical vulnerabilities without unnecessary noise.
