A InvestorCom Case Study
The customer, a tier 1 Canadian bank, faced significant challenges managing its client communications. It was using four different print vendors to handle 29 types of documents across six lines of business, which required excessive internal resources to manage and led to high costs, inconsistent quality, and considerable compliance risk. The bank partnered with vendor InvestorCOM to implement its Customer Communications Management (CCM) solution to consolidate this process.
InvestorCOM redesigned all documents for brand and regulatory compliance, standardized templates and envelopes, and eliminated pre-printed materials. This consolidation streamlined operations and significantly reduced risk. The solution delivered $3.5 million in cost savings and a $1.5 million profit contribution for the bank over three years, while also dramatically improving efficiency and document quality.
