SHARE NOW, the European free-floating carsharing brand formed by the merger of car2go and DriveNow, needed to unify two rival operations into one seamless service. The company faced the challenge of combining different cultures, tech stacks, processes, and headquarters while maintaining a strong customer experience and preparing for future growth across multiple markets.

To support this transition, SHARE NOW partnered with INVERS and used its CloudBoxx IoT solution to reliably connect vehicles, manage secure communication, and handle poor connectivity situations such as underground parking. INVERS helped SHARE NOW integrate new vehicle types more easily and build a scalable, cloud-based mobility platform; after nine months of work, SHARE NOW was operational in cities worldwide, with over 11,000 vehicles across 8 countries in Europe.
