A INVERS Case Study

Preview of the Emmy Case Study

Emmy - Customer Case study

Emmy, the scooter sharing provider in Germany and Austria, wanted a reliable, fast, and flexible way to power its free-floating electric scooter service while delivering a seamless user experience. To support rapid growth across cities like Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, and Vienna, Emmy turned to INVERS and its CloudBoxx, open API, and development kit to help build an integrated mobility platform.

With INVERS, Emmy implemented telematics hardware and software designed for scooters, enabling quick app-based access, highly reliable operations, and extremely precise GPS tracking even in urban canyons, parking garages, and tunnels. The solution was fast to prototype and integrate, reduced development effort, and allowed Emmy to expand its fleet to around 2,000 electric scooters serving 250,000 customers, while also supporting new scooter models with minimal additional work.
