A INVERS Case Study
The County of Ventura, a large and growing government organization with offices spread across the city, needed a more efficient way to manage vehicles and users across multiple locations and departments. To support its motor pool operations, the county looked to INVERS for a dynamic fleet solution that could work under one system and better serve employees countywide.
INVERS implemented its KeyManager and StandAlone system to turn under-utilized vehicles into a shared motor pool accessible to thousands of employees. The solution expanded to more than a dozen locations with a mix of hybrids and electric vehicles, enabled 24/7 employee access, reduced paperwork, and helped the County of Ventura save thousands of dollars in maintenance and overhead costs while lowering greenhouse gas emissions.
