Pocket Geek Auto, a Fortune 500 global automotive insurance company, partnered with Inventive to design and build a cross-platform mobile application that would connect customers to their vehicles. The challenge was to create an MVP that could support roadside assistance, maintenance, recalls, policy information, and other connected-car services while laying the groundwork for future telematics-enabled features and broader business expansion.

Inventive delivered the solution through discovery, early prototype design, UI/UX, software engineering, DevOps, QA, and project management, building the app in Flutter with complex integrations to third-party services and the client’s existing systems. The result was a fully integrated mobile experience delivered in 20 weeks, with over 300 user screens and more than 40,000 lines of code, helping Pocket Geek Auto scale its services and improve customer engagement across global markets.
