Lancor, a global retained executive search firm with offices in Europe, the US and the Middle East, lacked consistent visibility into key business metrics—such as searches completed in under 90 days, fee trends and placement growth—relying on time-consuming, spreadsheet-based reporting. To solve this, Lancor adopted Invenias’s cloud-based platform, including the Invenias Client portal, to replace their legacy database and provide automated, intelligent reporting.

Working with Invenias (data migrated in 2015), Lancor helped shape new features, implemented custom reports and a partner dashboard tracking 12 KPIs (current/closed searches, days to close, average fees, revenue per client, NPS, etc.). The Invenias solution delivered automated partner-, regional- and global-level reporting, a five-year performance snapshot and client-facing transparency via the Client portal—enabling fact-based decisions, clearer targets and daily use across the firm.
