Transforming Client Management In Real Time

Qualigence International, a recruitment research and executive search firm that charges clients by the hour, faced an outdated ATS that couldn’t recall past candidates, generate client-specific reports, or support real-time collaboration. Seeking a more usable, cloud-based platform to improve client engagement and reduce manual work, Qualigence evaluated several options and selected Invenias for its intuitive, user-centric design and integrations with Outlook and external sources like LinkedIn.

Qualigence implemented the Invenias cloud-based search platform (running it alongside their old system during rollout) to give about 20 users a shared, real-time database, better handoffs between departments, and secure client access for live project updates. Using Invenias has cut manual searching across desks and databases, improved workforce satisfaction and productivity, enabled clients to see real-time progress and hourly spend, and allowed Qualigence to start building a reusable candidate repository to save time and documentation effort.
