ON Partners, a senior-executive search firm focused on technology and related sectors, had outgrown a boutique contact-management system and needed greater functionality and scalability to support an aggressive growth strategy. After evaluating four systems, the firm selected Invenias for its end-to-end executive-search capabilities and tight Outlook integration, and to provide the digital tools clients and candidates increasingly expect.
ON Partners implemented the Invenias cloud platform—initially rolling out the Invenias Client app (and now exploring the Invenias Candidate app)—to give clients real-time access to assignments and candidate data and to help consultants filter hundreds of daily conversations to pinpoint top talent. The December 2015 go-live was smooth thanks to Invenias’ project management; while no numeric metrics were disclosed, the firm reports faster, more efficient client collaboration, stronger digital engagement with candidates and clients, and unanimous partner endorsement of the Invenias decision.
