Healy Hunt is a London‑based specialist executive search firm that recruits mid‑ to senior‑level leaders across banking, insurance, asset management, professional services and specialist corporates and in 2013 merged with Dublin-based Waddington Executive Search. Before adopting Invenias, Healy Hunt struggled with a cumbersome legacy system (Microdec) that didn’t integrate with Outlook, which led to lost emails and conversations, incomplete records and difficulties sharing data across the newly integrated Dublin–London business.
Healy Hunt implemented the cloud‑based Invenias CRM, chosen for its Outlook integration, desktop and mobile accessibility and intuitive interface. Invenias enabled faster onboarding, real‑time access to shared data from anywhere, more flexible and remote working, easier cover between consultants and continuous client service, plus improved reporting, analytics and cross‑selling opportunities—helping Healy Hunt attract and retain staff and deliver a more consistent, data‑driven service.
