Intuizi was engaged to augment those insights using anonymized loyalty data ingestion, geo-fencing of store locations, and cohort analysis to distinguish loyalty members from non-loyalty customers and reveal competitive shopping patterns.

Intuizi delivered cohort profiles and competitive visitation reporting that showed where both loyalty and non-loyalty customers shopped, identified the majority of competitors’ customers for future conquest initiatives, and produced non-cookie-based, privacy-compliant marketing lists for retention and upsell that the Grocery Chain could not create in-house. The Grocery Chain was also able to ingest Intuizi’s competitive visitation data into their environment for further analysis and activation.
