Guzzi Gioielli, an Italian luxury jewelry and watch retailer, needed a better way to manage inventory across a growing portfolio of brands and SKUs as its business expanded. With three stores in Calabria and a growing ecommerce presence, the company wanted clearer insight into which products and categories delivered the best financial returns, and it turned to Intuendi’s demand planning and analytics platform to support product assortment optimization.
Using Intuendi, Guzzi Gioielli applied historical demand analysis and predictive insights to prioritize high-margin items, align purchasing with real demand, and focus inventory investment on the products most likely to drive profit. The result was a 17.5% increase in overall revenue, a 12% improvement in profit margin, and stronger inventory availability in top-performing categories.
