NSK Inc., a Boston-based MSP founded in 1997 that shifted to managed services in 2010, sells Office 365 subscriptions and managed IT including backup and disaster recovery. Lacking in-house design and marketing resources—and frustrated by unreliable partner portals—NSK needed effective, rebrandable marketing collateral and support to stand out and win new business.
Working with Intronis, NSK used the Partner Toolkit and a “Data Loss Gremlins” campaign (six targeted email blasts) plus a follow-up lunch-and-learn to engage prospects. The campaign drove 222 new unique website visits, several hundred clicks, 21 downloads/signups, 20 event attendees, and within three months generated a managed services contract worth $30,000/year; NSK also added 12 new clients last year who had touchpoints with Intronis collateral.
