Redwood Capital Bank, a three-branch community bank and Intranet Connections customer since October 2012, faced inefficient, paper-based processes, poor internal communication, and no centralized place for policies and forms. Intranet Connections implemented a centralized document and policy management system, online forms and automated workflows, plus company news and home-page apps. The solution eliminated misplaced paperwork, ensured approvals weren’t missed, reduced internal emails, and saved the bank hours of manual escalation each week—“IC has more than paid for itself in time-savings.” Redwood also benefitted from Intranet Connections’ responsive support throughout implementation and ongoing use.
