Point Breeze Credit Union, a Maryland-based, member-owned financial institution with over $850 million in assets and 120 employees serving 60,000+ members, needed a modern, user-friendly intranet to replace its in‑house solution and boost employee engagement. After pandemic delays, Point Breeze partnered with Intranet Connections and adopted Intranet Connections’ Tailored Experience to manage change, timelines, and the complexity of launching a new internal platform.

Intranet Connections led an Internal Communications Audit, helped define launch milestones, optimized document management, permissions and employee profiles, and refined the home-page layout to create a single source of truth. The vendor also supported a creative launch campaign (teaser video, virtual scavenger hunt) and helped Point Breeze launch on schedule in January 2021. The result: a successful intranet that improved employee engagement and access to critical documents, supports 120 staff in serving members more efficiently, and continues to be monitored with follow-up metrics by Intranet Connections.
