Hickam Federal Credit Union needed a better way to manage its internal intranet. Its previous Microsoft-based intranet routed all changes and uploads through IT and Marketing, which took time and left employees with a clunky, unengaging experience.

In late 2021, Hickam FCU implemented Intranet Connections’ financial intranet software to make the site easier to manage and more collaborative. With IC, department site owners now handle their own content, and the credit union reported an average of two visits per day per employee after launch, along with less burden on IT and Marketing and more employee participation across the intranet.
