HealthCare Partners worked with Intrado Healthcare, using TeleVox Solutions, to measure and improve patient satisfaction for its disease management program. The organization needed an efficient way to reach more than 2,200 patients and gather feedback on care experience and support services.

Intrado Healthcare delivered automated patient survey calls in the early evening, retried unanswered calls the next morning, and used a brief 10-question survey to drive engagement. The effort reached 943 live answers, produced a 43% participation rate, and achieved an 89% completion rate, with 364 of 409 respondents finishing the full survey and providing actionable data to improve patient care.
