Ahrend UK Ltd, a supplier of office furniture, sought to improve the process of tracking deliveries and installations while ensuring customer satisfaction. They partnered with vendor Intoware to implement its WorkfloPlus platform to digitize these previously paper-based operations.

The Intoware solution enabled employees to digitally log deliveries, take photographs of installations, and capture customer signatures and notes. This created greater accountability and transparency. As a result, Ahrend UK Ltd has used the technology for over 2,000 installations, ensuring thorough records and real-time, secure information sharing.
