eSystems MTG GmbH, part of the KATEK group, is an automotive Tier‑1 supplier of connected EV charging and V2G solutions. As the software team grew to about 20 engineers and managed more than 50,000 requirements, their ad hoc toolchain (Excel, Subversion, Redmine and homegrown scripts) could not provide the traceability, test management or process control needed for ASPICE/ISO-compliant development and audits, creating high manual effort, error-prone workflows and costly maintenance.
