Showpad uses its bug bounty programs to build a platform its customers can trust

Showpad, an all-in-one sales enablement platform used by more than 1,200 customers worldwide, needed continuous, agile security testing to protect its data and maintain customer trust. To move beyond occasional penetration tests, Showpad engaged Intigriti’s managed bug bounty program services to get ongoing coverage, two-way researcher communication and expert triage support.

Intigriti delivered a crowd-powered, continuously running bug bounty program supported by a dedicated success manager, triage services and access to a large researcher pool; since launching in 2020 Showpad has received more than 150 vulnerability reports. The Intigriti program has been fully integrated into Showpad’s security culture—providing actionable findings used in developer training, reducing tunnel vision in testing, and enabling Showpad to proactively test and expand scope for faster, more secure feature releases.
