MuuseLabs, an IoT start-up behind the Jooki jukebox for kids, needed bulletproof cybersecurity because its devices sit in children’s rooms and must earn customer trust. As a small team that couldn’t run its own continuous security program, MuuseLabs turned to Intigriti after an investor recommendation to source high-quality, ongoing security testing.

Intigriti delivered a bug bounty program that gave MuuseLabs access to a large pool of ethical hackers and actionable, triaged reports. The program exposed critical issues — including an eCommerce vulnerability discovered months before the Christmas sales period that was patched, avoiding potential lost revenue — and shifted MuuseLabs from periodic reviews to continuous security improvements while helping them demonstrate trust to customers.
