Case Study: Combell achieves stronger infrastructure security and faster fixes with Intigriti

A Intigriti Case Study

Preview of the Combell Case Study

How a web hosting company works with Intigriti to test infrastructure

Combell, Belgium’s largest web hosting company and part of team.blue, needed to improve infrastructure security testing beyond standard web-application scanners — particularly to ensure strict tenant isolation on shared hosting. To address this, Combell engaged Intigriti and launched an ethical hacking bug bounty program on Intigriti’s platform to tap crowdsourced security researchers who think and act like real attackers.

Using Intigriti’s bug bounty and triage service, Combell quickly had infrastructure assessed by external researchers; the first reported vulnerability was infrastructure-related and the program also generated twice as many application vulnerability reports than before. Intigriti’s detailed reports (with PoCs), proactive triage calls and a capped funding model helped Combell prioritize and speed up fixes while keeping costs controlled, and the company is now expanding Intigriti across other team.blue businesses.
