Global Telecommunications Company, a provider of solutions for major European mobile network operators, needed a web-based competitor intelligence tool to give content providers and call-center operators quick access to classified marketing information on tariffs, deals and handsets. After starting development in‑house, the Global Telecommunications Company engaged Intetics to supply a flexible, Agile-capable dedicated team to modernize and complete the web application.
Intetics proposed rebuilding the system from scratch, delivered iterative development with daily status meetings and biweekly retrospectives, and implemented a Java/MySQL/ImageMagick-based solution with advanced Search, Comparing and Content Management features. Launched in 2006, the platform and subsequent Intetics-led upgrades (in‑store kiosks, customer-facing online shops, mobile/tablet tools and deep API integrations) gave faster access to competitive marketing data, expanded the client’s product portfolio and sustained nearly ten years of successful collaboration and product evolution.
