International Hotel Chain Operating Company, a USA-based multinational managing 7,000+ properties across 30 brands in 130+ countries, needed to pilot a new lodging and customer-service model under COVID-19 constraints. To launch an internal startup—a Self-Service Portal—to safely serve guests and test the new business model, the customer engaged Intetics to design and build the solution.

Intetics delivered 100% of the software design and implementation, completing an MVP in 4 months and the first official version in 8 months.
