The Leading Middle-Size Insurance and Financial Planning Company faced a growing problem: after 2–3 years of production use its packaged web application held a huge volume of data but could not support the industry-specific analysis or reporting needed to track business performance, and migration was complicated by the absence of technical documentation. The company engaged Intetics to deliver a flexible reporting system for financial data analysis to address these gaps.

Intetics analyzed the existing architecture and data structure, designed and implemented a reporting framework based on Microsoft Reporting Service (MSRS) and .NET Framework 3.5, and integrated a web portal.
