Redevelopment of an omnichannel eLearning Platform

Global Educational Publishers, one of the “Big Three” global educational publishers, engaged Intetics to redevelop their omnichannel eLearning platform. The customer’s challenge was migrating to a more flexible, scalable, and modern architecture that could better meet business and user needs.

Intetics redeveloped and owned the project from 2018–2020, delivering a modern stack (including Angular 9, Node.js, Docker and AWS-based services) and a scalable monorepo architecture that let the client focus on growth rather than technical details. The platform improvements drove measurable results: annual memberships and new-member activations rose 12% and 9%, two platforms added 4.3 million and 5.5 million new members in 2020, 84% of students saw significant grade improvements, 87% reported learning analytics helped their studies, and 77% increased engagement with course materials.
