Thoughtful Automation, a U.S. startup, needed a web-based automation platform and bots to perform billing tasks in the Central Reach system with real-time status tracking, exception alerts, and logging. They engaged Intetics to design and build the solution, leveraging Intetics’ certified developers and automation expertise.
Intetics implemented the platform using AWS Cloud infrastructure and developed bots with the UiPath automation platform, delivering a web UI that runs billing jobs by entering only a Client ID and dates. The result: transaction time dropped from 10–15 minutes to about 1 minute, human involvement fell by more than 10×, process speed improved over 4×, 500+ successful executions in the first month, billing costs were cut ninefold, and the solution was launched in under one month.
