Mobile Inspection Forms Integration for a Freight and Vehicle Service Company

Freight and Vehicle Service Company sought to reduce paperwork and speed up defect processing by automating inspection reporting. They selected Inspection Form Manager (IFM), a mobile app from Intetics, but the off‑the‑shelf product required customization and secure integration with the company’s existing IT systems.

Intetics developed a branded, tailored IFM solution, installing the IFM server on the customer’s infrastructure and adding CRM and Active Directory authentication, integration with the internal planning system, Google Maps GPS mapping, and barcode scanning. Intetics delivered Android and iOS apps in the client’s app stores, enabling automated defect reporting and repair planning; this reduced development time and costs, accelerated reporting procedures, and significantly cut errors in reports.
