Meyne GmbH, IT Development Company, a Munich-based IT development firm, needed to outsource creation of a Call Center system to automate receiving, processing and issuing customer contract information and to add a multilevel marketing module. They engaged Intetics to develop an intranet Call Center solution built on Windows NT Server 4.0 using ASP/JavaScript and MS SQL Server 7.0.
Intetics implemented an intranet system that imports *.csv files from telephone service providers, assigns unique customer IDs, queues records four months before contract expiry for agent outreach, and generates single- and multipage PDF contracts via template and Ghostscript workflows. The Intetics solution automated import/validation/storage/issuance, preserved agent continuity through call queuing, added multilevel marketing and commission calculation, and enabled rapid contract preparation and seamless transfer of signed-contract data back to providers.
