Leading Lottery Operator, a Canadian lottery service provider, needed to automate collection, analysis and integration of survey data from its retail network to meet regulatory inspection requirements. Their semi-manual process—planning and assignment by e‑mail, manual database entry and analysis—was time consuming and required secure, confidential transfers, offline capability, reliable localization and a convenient data format. They engaged Intetics to build a custom software solution to address these needs.
Intetics used SCRUM to develop a Cordova/.NET desktop coordinator app and native iOS/Android mobile apps for inspectors, with offline survey completion, interactive maps, immediate e‑mail assignment/return and automatic import into the coordinator system. Delivered and operational within five months, Intetics’ solution eliminated much of the coordinator’s manual work, sped transfer of survey information, reduced time to analyze results and update the database, and produced a more organized, efficient inspection process with full documentation for handover.
