Laboratory Equipment Manufacturer Enhances Product Line with Custom Tablet App by Intetics

Leading Laboratory Equipment Manufacturer faced an outdated, single-device control system for its chemical analysis instruments and lacked the in-house expertise to build a modern replacement. The company engaged Intetics to develop a mobile tablet application (built with the PhoneGap cross‑platform framework) that would provide a user-friendly interface and add features such as automation, scheduling, remote operation, multi-user access and the ability to operate multiple instruments concurrently.

Intetics assembled an experienced engineering team that worked closely with the customer’s in‑house staff to design and implement the tablet app, delivering an attractive, documented solution that replaced the legacy control unit.
