Intetics re-designs and maintains the client’s CRM system

GlobalAirNet AG, a Munich‑based provider of wireless Internet solutions for hotels, faced challenges with its in‑house GANAG CRM — a system for managing customers, hotels, partners, hardware monitoring, billing and support tickets. The source code was delivered to Intetics without documentation and was inconsistent with the production deployment, and GlobalAirNet AG needed higher quality, availability and faster delivery of new functionality while tightly controlling project budgets.

Intetics performed a full code and business‑logic analysis, restored code consistency, fixed and deployed missing functionality, and put in place change‑request management, bug tracking and a collaboration workspace (TWiki/Quality Center). Intetics also introduced a test environment, acceptance testing, continuous integration and QA processes, and implemented features such as a flexible security/permissions subsystem, roaming partner support, extended billing/invoicing, enhanced hardware monitoring and external system integrations. As a result, Intetics increased the stability and quality of GANAG CRM, improved budget control and delivery cadence, and has been responsible for the system’s maintenance and ongoing development since 2007.
