Data Management Provider, a leading K-12 data management and analytics vendor, needed to expand its product offering to automate Individualized Education Program (IEP) forms management and enhance Medicaid-related workflows across school districts. To modernize the existing system, add new modules, and handle large-scale data management while remaining government-compliant, the Customer engaged Intetics and its Remote In‑Sourcing model and Offshore Dedicated Team (ODT®) services.

Intetics built and staffed an ODT® responsible for system architecture, database and software development, testing and data entry, modernized the legacy application, and developed modular features—automated health form filling and OCR, IEP management, smart scheduling, reporting, billing and Medicaid-compliance checks (HIPAA- and state-rule-aware). As a result, the solution accelerated time-to-market, expanded the Customer’s product line across 13 US states, kept services cost-efficient (about 45% savings versus local teams), and turned the platform into a scalable migration and business-development foundation for the Data Management Provider.
