Intetics Develops Reporting and Data Segmenting Solutions for Leading Global Email Marketing Provider

Leading Global Email Marketing Provider, a cross‑channel SaaS email and marketing platform, faced scaling and functionality challenges as its reporting was at risk of taking more than 24 hours and marketers needed real‑time audience segmentation and custom SaaS configurations. Intetics was engaged to assist with migrating reporting to a Massive Parallel Processing (MPP) platform, implement a Data Segmenting solution, and provide ongoing custom services and end‑user support.

Intetics built ETL utilities, rewrote reports for MPP compatibility, created a drag‑and‑drop data‑segmenting layer (making the SQL generator MPP‑ready), and delivered custom MS SSRS/SSIS reports and billing/status processes. As a result, the data‑segmenting application gained commercial traction (more than 100 end clients purchased yearly subscriptions), the reporting product moved out of beta and is now sold to end users, and Intetics continues to support customizations and operate as a long‑term partner.
