Intetics Develops Reporting and Data Segmenting Solutions for Leading Global Email Marketing Provider

Cross-channel Interactive Marketing Provider, a SaaS vendor that enables email, mobile, social and web campaigns, faced scaling and functionality challenges: its daily reporting was nearing 24-hour runtimes, marketers needed real-time data segmenting across behavioral and custom attributes, and growing ad‑hoc report/configuration requests exceeded internal staff capacity. Intetics was engaged to provide development assistance and implement reporting, data‑segmenting and custom services on a Massive Parallel Processing (MPP) platform.

Intetics implemented an ETL utility, ported and rewrote reports for MPP compatibility, enhanced the in‑house SQL generator and built a drag‑and‑drop data‑segmenting layer, plus custom SSRS/SSIS reports and support processes. As a result, Intetics moved the reporting product out of beta into commercial release, the data‑segmenting application attracted more than 100 yearly‑subscribing end clients (with many requesting custom implementations), and Intetics continues to support and customize the solution for the customer.
