Intetics Develops and Operates Customer Loyalty Management System for World-Leading Retailer

World Leading Retailer engaged Intetics to develop a long-term customer loyalty management system to collect and consolidate customer data from kiosks, web pages, paper forms, payment history and third-party providers. The retailer needed applications for user registration, profile editing, card issuance, data verification, localized reporting and multi-language support so marketing teams could access a single, usable database tailored to different markets.

Intetics built and operated the loyalty platform using an Offshore Dedicated Team (ODT) and an open-source Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), developing kiosk and web interfaces, a helpdesk, custom reports and micro-sites. Intetics managed a 12 million–customer database across 9 countries, helped grow loyalty program users by 30% and attracted 7 million new customers, while enabling faster, more targeted campaigns and rapid market rollouts (micro-sites in under a month, market adaptations in six months).
