Intetics implemented a scalable solution combining crowdsourced, native-speaking operators with a centralized core management team in Kharkiv, Ukraine, staffing 150 remote call center operators and using automated management and cross‑verification processes. As a result, Intetics delivers a 100% accurate POI database, verifies more than 700,000 location-based records annually across 20+ languages (including 70,000 German, 80,000+ French, ~150,000 Russian), increased productivity by 20–30%, and reduced call center infrastructure costs while providing flexible scalability.
