A Intetics Case Study
IMPAQ Group, a consulting and IT services firm, faced rising nearshore costs and needed to broaden its Marketing Technology Services while maintaining quality and control. After a competitive bid, Intetics was chosen to establish stable, cost-effective processes across infrastructure management, performance and security monitoring, support and maintenance, application development, system design and integration, and testing.
Intetics started with a pilot web project for a top‑five UK football club and then deployed its Offshore Dedicated Team® model—a dedicated remote development department of about 20 people with agile practices, knowledge transfer, and regular executive governance. As a result, IMPAQ Group gained lower-cost offshore resources (shifting to an 80% nearshore / 20% offshore model), earned a two-year contract extension, and achieved a migration cadence of up to six countries per year—doubling the client’s expected rollout speed across global retail branches.
