Intetics built a tablet-friendly, one-page web platform integrated with Hecht’s ERP that lets opticians enter patient data, choose lens parameters, place orders, and track delivery with notifications. The Intetics solution replaced the majority of manual ordering flows, significantly cut fax/email paperwork and manual errors, synchronized with the ERP without data loss, provided actionable customer statistics, and boosted processing productivity and sales—adding an additional POS—while establishing a long-term partnership between Hecht and Intetics.
