Hamburg Headquartered Company, a provider of website development and management services for publishing houses, needed a custom SaaS newsroom management tool to help editorial teams plan appointments, manage stories and coordinate staff across platforms. They engaged Intetics to assemble a dedicated offshore development team to build a secure, browser-based application called Desk-Net and to provide continuous enhancement and production server support.

Intetics implemented Desk-Net using an iterative, test-driven approach and continuous integration, delivering features such as appointment planning with external feed imports, express and detailed entry modes, staff assignment, role-based access, reminders, cross-media story management and rich administrator controls. The solution moved clients from paper-based planning to automated workflows, launched with pilot customers and is now used by about eight companies beyond Germany; Intetics continues monthly releases and ongoing development with no client-side technical support required.
