Intetics implemented a .NET/MS SQL recruitment portal featuring role-based authentication, candidate and job requisition management, hiring workflow processing, skill-tree and lookup data management, and HTTP/SOAP interfaces for third-party integration. The solution delivered an intuitive web interface covering the full recruitment cycle that significantly streamlined Dunn Solutions Group’s hiring processes and provided a flexible architecture to support future database migration.
