Desk-Net, a Hamburg‑based publishing-services company, needed a custom software partner to build a browser-based, secure SaaS newsroom management app to plan editorial work, coordinate staff and manage stories. The platform launched with pilot customers, migrated publishers from paper to automated planning, is used by about 8 companies (beyond Germany), receives near‑monthly releases of new features, and requires no client-side technical department — demonstrating measurable customer adoption and ongoing product evolution driven by Intetics.
