Freight and Vehicle Service Company needed to automate hundreds of vehicle defect reports from employees across all locations to reduce paperwork, speed up defect processing, and improve repair planning. They selected Intetics’ mobile Inspection Form Manager (IFM) app (Android/iOS) but required customization and integration with their IT systems to meet their needs.

Intetics developed a branded, tailored version of IFM and installed the IFM server on the client’s infrastructure, adding CRM and Active Directory authentication, integration with the internal planning system, Google Maps GPS mapping and barcode scanning. The Intetics solution delivered two specialized mobile apps that automated defect reporting and repair planning, significantly reduced development time and costs, sped up reporting procedures and cut the number of reporting errors.
