SONIC, America’s Drive-In, the largest chain of drive-in restaurants in the U.S. with more than 3,500 locations, needed help turning massive daily data streams into actionable business insights. Using Tableau, SONIC wanted to launch stronger data initiatives, but required training and consulting support to build the right data structures and implement lasting analytics solutions.
InterWorks partnered with SONIC to pull and transform data from Cubes, Hadoop, and 1010data into Tableau-friendly formats, then helped build executive reports and dashboards using Tableau best practices. InterWorks also provided hands-on training for SONIC’s analysts, enabling faster direct access to data, better self-service reporting, and broader Tableau adoption across the organization, which streamlined data-driven decision-making.
