Rosetta Stone, the computer-based language learning leader, needed a complete overhaul of its data infrastructure to improve how it uncovered insights from data. To address this challenge, Rosetta Stone turned to InterWorks and Tableau, along with organization-wide training to better support reporting and analytics across teams.

InterWorks built a Tableau Server–optimized data environment, created both high-level views and focused datasets, and delivered training for Rosetta Stone’s FP&A, Sales, and Marketing teams, including one-on-one follow-up sessions. As a result, Rosetta Stone eliminated slow reporting, end-user confusion, and redundant work, while moving reports from OBIEE to Tableau so analysts could produce detailed reports almost instantaneously.
