Family Mosaic, a housing and care provider supporting around 45,000 people across London, Essex and the South East, needed a faster way to unlock insight from data scattered across systems like Northgate, Keystone and BlueBox. Their existing reporting was slow, manual and reliant on copying and pasting between documents, so they turned to InterWorks and Tableau Desktop/Tableau Server for help.

InterWorks implemented Tableau and provided consulting and training to help Family Mosaic build a scalable, self-service BI environment, including a Citrix-friendly registration solution for their non-persistent setup. The result was a major improvement in speed to data, higher-quality analysis and reporting, and greater self-service access for managers and analysts, with Family Mosaic moving much closer to being self-sufficient around their business data.
