Citizens State Bank - Customer Case Study

Citizens State Bank, a family-owned community bank serving central Oklahoma, partnered with InterWorks to modernize its dated phone system. The old setup made it difficult to manage client calls efficiently, which was especially important for a community bank with multiple branches.

InterWorks implemented a VoIP solution using ShoreTel across the bank’s three branches in Stillwater and Morrison, along with ShoreTel switches, a Dell PoE device, and a new Windows server. The upgrade reduced calling costs, improved call transfer and conferencing efficiency, and added auto-attendants for call routing and voicemail, helping Citizens State Bank focus more on clients.
